iCal Icon    Moving an event to another calendar
 

You can move events between any calendars that you've created or imported into iCal. You cannot move events on a calendar you've subscribed to. (Subscribed calendars have a curved arrow beside them in the Calendars list. For more information about calendar symbols, click "Tell me more.")

To move an event to a new calendar, select the event and click the Info button in the bottom-right corner of the iCal window. Then choose a calendar from the "calendar" pop-up menu in the Info drawer. (You can also drag an event from the main calendar view to a new calendar in the Source list.)

To move more than one event to a new calendar, press the Shift key and click each event you want to move. Then position the cursor over one of the selected events and press the Control key and click to choose a calendar from the shortcut menu.
